After spending this afternoon previewing the boat I am pleased to say this could potentially be a good buy. She shows better than expected, especially in the interior. The exterior still needs some work such as a paint job but overall the boat shows well. Looking at comps on the market EMERALD ISLE shows to be a good buy and certainly worth considering. With a $2.85M reserve the opportunity is there.
